The sales office was designed specifically for the developer's most expensive and niche projects. The zoning of the space is atypical for offices of this kind.
The central place is occupied by a cosy lounge salon, where the potential buyer can learn all about the project. Layouts and models are displayed in a separate room with museum-like lighting design. Instead of a quick glance at a scaled-down copy of the house, the models are to be studied closely in a chamber-like environment.
The interior is finished with natural lime plasters with complex hand-applied techniques on the walls, natural stone, marble and basalt on the floor.
